Do not stress out yourself or your children to make the “𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲” of this pandemic break.
Everyone is already in a stressful situation, as this is something which is not in anyone’s control. And when we humans are not in control the stress and anxiety kicks in.
Do not increase this stress by the added pressure of learning something new, or acquiring a new skill, or finding productivity in these days. Follow some passion or a new skill only if the child wants or you truly desire, but not with the idea of putting these days to a good use.
You are not wasting anyday when you do nothing. It is some valuable time invested to strengthen your family’s relationships.
Maintain the sanity by taking each day as it comes. This is a difficult time, and will be crossed only with a calm frame of mind.
